Final Payment: The balance is due upon completion of the service or per the agreed payment schedule.
Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension, order delays, or late fees. Advance Tower PC reserves the right to withhold services or products until outstanding payments are settled.

Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. If work has already started or components have been purchased, a restocking or service fee may apply.
Refund Policy: Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Custom-built systems, special-order components, and installed hardware may be non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges: Defective products may be eligible for replacement under manufacturer warranties. Customers must report any issues within the return period specified in their order agreement.

Warranty & Liability

Limited Warranty: Advance Tower PC offers a warranty on workmanship and assembly for custom-built systems. Individual component warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.
